Return Eligibility

- All original packaging, tags, and included accessories must be intact.
- A return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Returns that do not meet these requirements may be declined or approved for a partial refund at our discretion.
Non-Returnable Items

How to Initiate a Return

Please do not send any items back without prior authorization.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item arrived damaged
- An incorrect item was delivered
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Almora Bags is not responsible for items lost during return transit.
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
- You will be notified whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is completed.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order separately.
